Who are your engagements suited for?
Our work is designed for owners and principals of established hospitality and F&B businesses in the Klang Valley — hotel groups, café operators, multi-concept F&B groups and similar operations. We do not work with startups or businesses that have yet to open.
How does a typical engagement begin?
It begins with a brief introductory conversation — typically thirty minutes — in which we hear about the business and what the principal is hoping to understand. If there is a clear fit, we propose the appropriate engagement in writing before any commitment is made.
How are the engagements priced?
Each engagement has a fixed fee stated in advance — RM 700 for the four-week Strategy Reading, RM 2,200 for the ten-week F&B Group Advisory, and RM 3,400 for the five-to-six month Continuity Advisory. There are no variable fees, no retainers and no billable hours beyond the agreed scope.
Who will I be working with?
Each engagement is conducted directly by a senior consultant at Suria Praxis. We do not delegate client work to junior staff. You work with the same person throughout the engagement.
How is confidentiality handled?
All client information, findings and deliverables are held in strict confidence. We provide a written confidentiality undertaking at the start of every engagement. We do not discuss client names or situations outside the scope of the work.
Do you work with businesses outside Kuala Lumpur?
Our principal focus is the Klang Valley. For engagements requiring site visits, we typically work within this geography. We are open to initial conversations with businesses elsewhere in Malaysia, and assess feasibility case by case.
